Video in Media Center Not Working
What graphics card do you have and what driver release are you using for it? MCE uses some graphics card capabilities the media player does not so your graphics card must have at least 64MB of memory and support DX9 rendering.

It will probably work when you get updated video card drivers. You could try WinUpdate but you will probably need to find out in device manager what card/ chipset you have. Iit most likely is and ATI or NVIDIA chipset. such as the ATi X300 or a NVIDIA 6150 or 7200. The Vista Beta2 release is missing a lot of Vista compatible drivers, hopefully there will be more in August when I believe the next release will occur.
